How It Works
AI ATHLETE V1 is built specifically for football reps — offense or defense, game or practice — with feedback tied to your position, assignment, concept, and visible execution.

Upload a short video clip from a game or practice. The clip becomes the visual information AI Athlete uses to evaluate the rep.

Select your game format, position, assignment, route/run/coverage/blocking responsibility, result, and formation.
AI Reviews the Rep
The AI follows the identified football player, reconstructs the visible rep, and compares execution against the assignment and context you provided.
How It Actually Works
The goal is not simply to tell an athlete whether a play was good or bad. AI ATHLETE V1 is designed to break down the sequence of events and explain why the athlete's actions mattered.
The system uses the selected jersey number and video context to determine which athlete it should focus on.
Your selected position and assignment establish what the athlete was supposed to accomplish on the play.
Scheme, formation, route, blocking assignment, coverage, run fit, or other selected information provides additional context for interpreting the rep.
The AI looks at the athlete's visible movement, positioning, timing, technique, decisions, and interaction with the play.
Instead of judging the athlete in isolation, the analysis asks whether the visible actions matched the stated job.
The system identifies successful technique, positioning, timing, decisions, or execution when those things are actually visible in the clip.
When something appears to be off, the analysis explains what could be improved and what a better execution would look like.
Feedback is connected back to the play so the athlete understands how a small technical detail can affect the larger result.
If the video does not clearly show an important part of the play, the system should say that rather than pretending it knows what happened.
The long-term goal is to turn repeated film analysis into specific areas an athlete can work on during future practices and games.

Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2026. This policy explains what AI Athlete collects, why it is used, and the controls available to athletes.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create or use an account, we process information such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
Football analysis information. You may provide a football clip and rep context such as position, assignment, play or route, formation, jersey number, result, yards, touchdown status, and notes.
Saved analysis history. When an analysis succeeds, AI Athlete may save the football context you submitted and the generated AI report so you can reopen it later.
Billing information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. AI Athlete stores subscription status and provider identifiers needed to manage access, but does not need to store your full card number.
Security and technical information. We may process limited device, request, authentication, and anti-abuse information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide football film analysis and saved analysis history.
- Authenticate accounts and protect access to user data.
- Operate free-analysis limits, paid subscriptions, and abuse safeguards.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve AI Athlete.
- Respond to support, billing, privacy, or legal requests.
3. Video Processing and Retention
Uploaded clips are used to generate the requested analysis. AI Athlete is designed to delete the raw uploaded clip after the analysis attempt finishes rather than keeping it in analysis history. The saved history contains the submitted football context and generated report, not the raw clip.
To perform the analysis, a temporary private link to the clip may be made available to the video-analysis provider for processing. Temporary copies, logs, or backups maintained by infrastructure providers may be subject to those providers’ own retention and security practices.
4. Service Providers
AI Athlete relies on third-party services to operate. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions; TwelveLabs for AI video analysis; Stripe for subscription payments and billing; and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification. Google or Apple may also process information if you choose one of those sign-in methods.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices when providing their services.
5. Your Controls
Signed-in users can delete individual saved analyses, clear all analysis history, manage or cancel a subscription, sign out, and permanently delete their AI Athlete account from the Account controls.
Account deletion is intended to remove the AI Athlete authentication account and associated user-owned application records. Some information may still be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
6. Young Users
AI Athlete is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use AI Athlete only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload private or sensitive footage that you do not have permission to use.
7. Security, Changes, and Contact
AI Athlete uses access controls and private storage designed to limit access to user data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date or providing another appropriate notice.
For privacy or account questions, use the Support page. A public support email must be added before the production launch.
Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026. These terms govern use of AI Athlete’s football film-analysis service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use AI Athlete. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
2. What AI Athlete Provides
AI Athlete provides AI-generated football film-study feedback based on the clip and football context you submit. The service is intended as a learning and film-review tool. It is not a replacement for a coach, trainer, medical professional, official evaluator, or recruiting decision-maker, and AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect.
3. Your Content and Permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give AI Athlete the limited permission needed to upload, process, transmit to service providers, and temporarily store that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You may only upload footage and information you have the right or permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, private footage obtained without permission, or content that violates another person’s rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse AI Athlete, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another user’s account or data, bypass usage or payment limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, use automated traffic to overload the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Free and Paid Access
AI Athlete may offer a limited number of free analyses. Paid Athlete plans are currently offered at the price shown during checkout. Usage and abuse safeguards may still apply to paid accounts. Features, limits, and prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods where permitted by law and with any notice required by law.
6. Availability and AI Results
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular grade, recruiting outcome, athletic improvement, or perfect AI accuracy. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as AI Athlete develops. You are responsible for deciding how to use any generated feedback.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited or terminated for serious misuse, fraud, attempts to bypass safeguards, nonpayment, security threats, or violations of these terms. You may also delete your own account using the Account controls.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Athlete is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that every analysis will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be directed through the Support page.
Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds
Effective September 6, 2026. A plain-language summary of how AI Athlete paid plans work.
Subscriptions
AI Athlete currently offers an Athlete Monthly plan at $5/month and an Athlete Annual plan at $49.99/year. The exact price and billing interval shown at Stripe Checkout controls your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval until canceled, unless the checkout or billing screen states otherwise.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from Account → Manage Subscription. Deleting your AI Athlete account also attempts to cancel an active AI Athlete Stripe subscription as part of account deletion.
Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the billing state shown in Stripe. Your access after cancellation depends on the effective cancellation date recorded for that subscription.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. AI Athlete may review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or a service failure that materially prevented use of the paid service.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Billing Problems
Use the Support page for an AI Athlete charge, refund request, or subscription problem. For account security, never send a full card number, password, authentication code, or other secret in a support message.

Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser/device you were using. Do not send passwords or secret keys.

For subscription changes, start with Account → Manage Subscription. For a billing error or refund request, contact AI Athlete support.

You can delete saved reports, clear history, or permanently delete your account from Account controls.
Safety
Do not upload footage you do not have permission to use, and do not include sensitive personal information in support requests.
